1. Piping Fabrication

  • Our company has a team of highly experienced and skilled workers who specialize in large-scale fabrication and installation of different types of piping, including stainless steel, carbon steel, chrome molybdenum steel (alloy), aluminium, and Teflon-lined pipes. Our team is proficient in various welding processes, such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GTAW), and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). We also perform mechanized welding, flux core arc welding (FCAW), and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding. These methods are used for speed weld runs and help us to deliver high-quality work standards.
  • Our company employs professional engineers, supervisors, QA/QC departments, and skilled welders. We invest in training programs to instil relevant knowledge and a good quality work mindset, ensuring that we maintain high-quality work standards. With our experience, supervision, and skilled workforce, we can undertake piping projects up to 100,000 diameter inches in bills-of-quantity.

2. Structural Steel Fabrication

  • We strictly follow mandatory compliance requirements for site structural erection, modification, and inspection to ensure satisfactory end results. Before installing structural steel works, we take compliance and protection procedures to make sure it retains its physical configuration, strength, and workability characteristics. Our team consists of experienced and qualified Lifting Supervisors, Riggers, Millwrights, and Mechanical Fitters who carry out the works. Our staff is well-trained with more than 15 years of experience in heavy lifting work. We are knowledgeable in work procedures that detail all aspects of site reception, preservation, installation, inspection, and alignment of rotating and static equipment.
